Kit’s Story

“You are not alone.”

Share your stigma experience.

I’m suffering from depression and anxiety, my family doesn’t believe everything I’ve said. They think I’m just making stories. But the reality is I just want to end it. I think for people who died from suicide is not about them being sad or making drama, its about the pain they have to deal with, the pain of living everyday. But then I realized that suicide is not the answer to everything, you are not alone. I have depression and anxiety and sometimes I dont know when it’ll come back to me again, it just happens and we can’t stop it, but somehow there is still light to this darkness that we’re dealing with. We all can deal with it if we all stand together to stop it. I still have it right now but I’m trying to cope up with my mental illness. Lets all stop the stigma and we are not alone with this journey. If you need someone to talk to, I’m willing to have a conversation with you.

How did you overcome this experience?

I’m still trying to overcome this. It’ll take time.

Help others by sharing a brief, positive message.

You are not alone.
