Share your lived experience

Make It OK wants to hear about your lived experience with mental health and illnesses, whether you have a mental health condition yourself or care for someone who does.

Sharing your story has the power to reduce stigma by increasing understanding, removing barriers and helping others feel less alone in their mental health journey. Whether you have a mental health condition yourself or care about someone who does, we invite you to join Make It OK by amplifying the voices of all people touched by mental health and illnesses and sharing your story using the form below.

Throughout the year, we will select stories to feature on Make It OK’s website, social media and in other print and digital publications. Thank you for helping Make It OK!
