I was diagnosed with Bipolar 2 disorder 2 years ago, so I created a presentation (speech) called Triple M: Motivation, Mental illness and Marketing which I do at professional conferences. People listen well to the honesty.

How did you overcome this experience?

Still battling every day and every week.

Exercise, meds and affirmations help a lot.

Help others by sharing a brief, positive message.

Say to yourself, “My mind and body are getting better each and every day” and “I am good enough. I am more than enough. I am great!”
