Annika’s Story

“I’m still overcoming it, day by day.”

Share your stigma experience.

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and mild PTSD when I was 15 years old, after having symptoms for years. I had a really hard relationship with my father, and his verbal abusiveness. I also had a lot of friends who stopped talking to me after they found out about my depression.

How did you overcome this experience?

I’m still overcoming it, day by day.
