Liv’s Story

“Today, at least you’re you. And that’s enough.”

Share your stigma experience.

When I was 10, I was diagnosed with depression. At 11 I was diagnosed with severe anxiety, and struggled with eating disorders throughout the years. When opening up about my mental condition I lost a lot of friends, and I’ve lost lots of other close friends which at the time took a huge toll on my mental health.

How did you overcome this experience?

I still struggle, but I’ve met people that have changed my outlook on life and have helped me through hard times, and helped me maintain a positive mindset.

Help others by sharing a brief, positive message.

“Today, at least you’re you. And that’s enough” -Dear Evan Hansen
